Imagine you are living abroad

First, the most difficult things are foods for me if I live in abroad.
I know there are many repellantly fatty foods in abroad.
I think it's hard for me because I can't eat repellantly fatty food well.
And cultural differences are also difficult.
I am able to make a mistake even though I learned about taboo when I go to other countries.
And if I live in abroad, I will miss my mom's food even more because my favorite food is her food in Korea. But I din't tremble with fear for these reasons because I think there are many interesting things than difficult things in abroad.

Dating in Korea

Korea people have pretty similar way to date.
Most of couples go to a movie, eat lunch or dinner and go to cafe.
They sometimes date with wearing their school uniform who graduated from high school.
I'm done it before,too.
Couples like pairing their things like T-shirts, shoes, ring etc.
And couples also celebrate their anniversary like 100days.
On the other hand, there is a problem that man pay most of costs when they dating.
It can be the burden to man even though woman feels comfortable because they don't have to worry about money.
But, by the way, I think that it's OK as far as they're OK.

Is Korea a racist country?

Actually, I think Korea is a racist country.

Korea's racial discrimination is serious problem not only black and white but also white and Asian of Southeast.

On a television program, it tested people's reaction between White and Asian of Southeast who asking the way to COEX.

Korea people were happy to give directions when the White asking the way even using the body language.

But, on the other hand, they ignored and passed the Southeast Asians who asked the way.

Like this, Korea people feel superior to Asian of Southeast. However, it's good-for-nothing.

Therefore, we should treat all people equally because we are the same people even though we live in different countries.

Korea and internet

first, if I ask to foreigners "What do you think about Korea's internet?"
Then, they will probably say it's very fast.
That's right. Korea's internet is faster than other countries.
Also, we can know everything that we don't know because there are many pieces of information in the internet.
Now a days, we can use the internet everywhere we go because cellular phone has internet functions.
But not all of Korea's internet cultures are good.
People abuse anonymity of the internet.
They use swear words and the abuse can even kill other people. It can be the great culture in every state when we use the internet properly.

What is something terrible about Korea ?

Koreans are impatient.
this has been a point of Korea which was developed due to the bad effects caused by their fast growing technology.
For example, foreigners wait even though it takes long time when they use the things like computer and cellular phone but Koreans get angry because they can't wait for a second.
It shows that Koreans are impatient to wait.
We can see this bad habit in the load. When peoples are driving a car, they overtake when the person in front of them go slowly.
As a result, they get into car accidents.

If Koreans learn to be patient for their safety, we can be happier than now.

If I visit a person's home in Korea, what should I do?

In Korea, the type of gestures you will be using when you visit a Korean family's home can be grouped into two.

First, when the house only has a young person in it  and the other is when there is also an old person in the house.

Likewise, the gestures vary in two ways as if my friend is alone or with his parents.

If my friend is alone, I have no scruples about playing with him. 

But if he is not alone, I should do greeting to his parents politely first. And shouldn't drink alcohol, smoke and make a noise.

Finally, I can get the permission to enter his home by acting like this.

When I receive an invitation, I should better bring some presents.

In the Western countries, we should consider his inclination, background etc. 

Follow these things, everyone can have a good manner in Korea!

What advice would you give to a foreigner coming to Korea for the first time?

If you(foreigners) come to Korea, i want to recommend our traditional food like kimchi, bibimbap etc.

There are so many kimchi in other countries, but the original is Korea.

And if you want to know about Korea, you had better go to the GyeongBokgung, Gyeong ju etc.

You can go to the unconventional place because It is commonplace like GyeongBokgung, Gyeong ju, but it's best place to know about Korea history.
Furthermore, if you want to know about Korea tourist attraction, you can go to the place like Insa-dong, Jeongdongjin where almost people knows.

And it will be helpful to you if you can speak Korean even though your Korean ability is not fluent.
